We are currently interviewing for a Line Chef to join a locally owned and operated restaurant in Burlington, CO. This is a golden opportunity for an aspiring young Chef to add creativity and learn and grow your knowledge and technique. The Executive Chef/Partner worked in the James Beard nominated Turquoise Room Restaurant in AZ and you will be exposed to classic French techniques as well as those of Asia, South America, Italy, and Modern Molecular. Great opportunity to learn and grow your knowledge and techniques. Located in a smaller Eastern Colorado city, this restaurant is the best in 200 miles and has visitors from 3 different states.

We need a Line Chef to join the team who is looking to further their knowledge and experience. A Line Chef who really knows how to cook and can work and/or be trained for all stations in the kitchen. Basic knowledge of grilling, butchery, bread, pasta, sauce making, and all areas of line cooking are important. This is an opportunity to grow one?s skill to the next level in many ways. Facts about the Restaurant
? We have a giant smoker, it can smoke 1000 pound of meat at a time and it has its own building.
? We use classic French techniques as well as those of Asia, South America, Italy, and Modern Molecular.
? Our Entire restaurant was remodeled about 7 months ago and is beautiful, this also means we have a lot of brand new equipment.
? The restaurant is big it has a large banquet room, three large dining rooms, 4 bathrooms, and two bars, it has a 10,000 square foot floor plan and seats 190 guests.

Minimum 2 years cooking experience

Can stand for hours cooking on a hot line

Basic knowledge of all kitchen stations

Culinary degree preferred but not mandatory

Willing to learn and grow

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
