This position can be located in Burlington, CO or Cheyenne, WY. The role requires 30% to 50% travel between two sites, typically a week at a time. The travel can vary and is subject to change based on business need.Position Summary
The Site Resource Coordinator (SRC) may support multiple facilities located in a given area or aligned with a certain customer. The SRC will optimize the facilities work management system including but not limited to purchasing (uniforms, parts, supplies, consumables and services) and inventory including cycle counts (uniforms, parts, supplies, consumables). At the direction of the area manager, the SRC will be responsible for tracking and the facilitation of planning and scheduling activities including but not limited to equipment reliability meetings, five year maintenances, annual maintenances, semi-annual maintenances, quarterly maintenances and plant outages. The SRC will be responsible for document control & records retention through appropriate tools and resources including but not Limited to File Net and TagsPro. The SRC will work within the corporate accounts payable system (CAPS) in processing invoices and related payments to a variety of vendors. The SRC will work within CAPS and Maximo to process landowner payments. The SRC will work closely with accounting and business services at month end to ensure timely accurate month end closings. The SRC will be responsible for other duties and projects as assigned from time to time by the area manager including but not limited to assisting with the coordination of contract workforce, site orientations, site tours, team gatherings, etc.
Desired proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Maximo, CAPS and TagsPro, as well as demonstrate ability to learn other applications. Must be able to effectively communicate within a diverse, cross-functional environment including managers, co-workers, customers, land owners, corporate departments, contractors, local and state officials. Must be able to see, hear, talk, and write to fulfill the requirement of daily interaction with this same cross-functional group. Must be able to operate a computer keyboard/calculator, duplication/fax machine; file and store records and documents. Must be able to read and comprehend, retain and follow oral and written communications, exercise good judgment, and set priorities to carry out work assignments. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to develop a base of knowledge of corporate administrative functions; differentiate subtle differences among various documents. Must work beyond normal working hours during peak periods

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid Drivers License
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)

Comfortable with an environment that is constantly evolving and willingness to embrace change
Previous experience providing administrative support at a Duke Energy site
Proven experience in processing and maintaining time reporting for numerous employees
Prior experience in accounting, purchasing and / or inventory management
Experience in setting up and / or managing a filing system
Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed environment and maintain multiple priorities while reporting to several different people
Proven experience in creating spreadsheet reports
Demonstrated sense of urgency in their work, as well as maintaining confidentiality
Demonstrated organizational skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
