SUMMARY OF POSITION
We are looking for a competent CNA to care for our residents in a professional and compassionate manner. Its an often demanding job as you will have to be available for most of the day and week. But, it can also be very satisfying and rewarding, since people who are ill, injured, disabled or elderly are thankful for the high quality care. The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help our residents.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure residents receive their medication on time
Keep residents rooms tidy and sanitized
Assist residents with everyday needs (personal hygiene, using the restroom, grooming etc.)
Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse etc.) and patient condition
Assist nursing staff in administering basic treatments
Ensure rooms have adequate residents care supplies
Assist residents with particular issues or needs
Provide appropriate emotional support
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a CNA with valid License
Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
Respectful and compassionate
Good time management skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ethics
Physical endurance
High school diploma or equivalent

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
